We’ve worked with George off and on over the past three years and he has consistently been reliable, hard working and knowledgeable. This is the 3rd time we have used Air Tactical. George is reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very personable. He was honest with us about doing other maintenance on my 10 yr old unit, and tried to save us money! I would highly recommend Air Tactical HVAC to anyone who is experiencing Air Conditioner or Heating issues. It is rare today to find an honest person to do work for you and treats you like he would want to be treated if he were the customer!!
I am very impressed with Air Tactical HVAC. They just installed a new Mitsubishi split A/C for my residence. The installation took two days, as promised, and George helped coordinate the follow-on electrical hookup the following day. Professional service - no hassle - and an overall excellent experience. The A/C's are working great as well! Two thumbs up!!
My AC broke down just before the summer heat. I contacted Air Tactical HVAC Services and they quickly determined the issue and helped me schedule a followup appointment to replace my AC. The installation of the new AC was done in a matter of hours, and they hauled the old one away. George and Nick of Air Tactical were professional and courteous. They were very easy to communicate with. They responded quickly to questions over the phone and through text. Will do business with them again. Highly recommend.
