My AC broke down just before the summer heat. I contacted Air Tactical HVAC Services and they quickly determined the issue and helped me schedule a followup appointment to replace my AC. The installation of the new AC was done in a matter of hours, and they hauled the old one away. George and Nick of Air Tactical were professional and courteous. They were very easy to communicate with. They responded quickly to questions over the phone and through text. Will do business with them again. Highly recommend.

This is the 3rd time we have used Air Tactical. George is reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very personable. He was honest with us about doing other maintenance on my 10 yr old unit, and tried to save us money! I would highly recommend Air Tactical HVAC to anyone who is experiencing Air Conditioner or Heating issues. It is rare today to find an honest person to do work for you and treats you like he would want to be treated if he were the customer!!

Short version: The tech from Air Tactical HVAC Services was professional, reliable, and fairly priced. They quickly diagnosed my HVAC issue and provided excellent service. Highly recommend! Long version: I was experiencing issues with my new HVAC system in my new home—it wouldn't restart and heat after reaching the set temperature and kept tripping the breaker. We loved our experience with Air Tactical, we had to replace our AC, furnace and water heater so with such a big purchase we were delighted to have George throughly explain the pros and cons of every option. The materials he supplied were top quality and his labor was excellent. He and his partner ensured that my property was properly cleaned up after installation.
