Will be recommending them to everyone. George was amazing. Extremely professional and thorough. Had them come for an AC cleaning for mold issues, and my unit is spotless now. The cleaning did not take very long. They show up on time for your appointment, which is great to not have to wait all day. Pricing is extremely reasonable. Thank you George!

Recently had a leak with our old gas water heater, after reading their positive reviews, I called Air Tactical HVAC Services. George and his helper did a great job from start to finish! He was very professional, arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and didn't try to upsell any unnecessary services. His communication was clear, and he was efficient and thorough. I have a furnace that would not stay lit and for some odd reason the builder of my duplex thought it was be a great idea to put the second floor furnace up in the attic with a very small access hole into the crawl space. Even though it was a PITA to access my 2nd floor furnace, George admirably forged ahead and had my furnace up and running within minutes. George came over to do annual maintenance on my boiler. He kept in touch with us to let us know when he’d be arriving, and was very open and transparent about everything he’d be doing, and went above and beyond in showing me different aspects of my boiler, how it worked and how to troubleshoot some things. I learned a lot about an important piece of equipment in my own home. Great experience, would highly recommend.

Came by same day to investigate some noises our steam radiators were maker. Was realistic about what can be fixed and what can't be fixed without replacing the entire system. Spent time to make sure we understood what was going on and answered all of our questions patiently, including some follow up questions on the phone. Thank you!
