George came over to do annual maintenance on my boiler. He kept in touch with us to let us know when he’d be arriving, and was very open and transparent about everything he’d be doing, and went above and beyond in showing me different aspects of my boiler, how it worked and how to troubleshoot some things. I learned a lot about an important piece of equipment in my own home. Great experience, would highly recommend.
I recently replaced my boiler with a Mitsubishi heat pump system, and the work done by George was outstanding. He was professional, efficient, and ensured everything was installed correctly. The heat pump performs beautifully, providing consistent heating and cooling while significantly lowering my energy bills.
I paid $420 w/tax for his 40 minutes stay(including making invoice). Appointment was bet 8 am to 10 am. He text me at 9:10am said schedule move to 12 pm to 2. I had to come from nj to flushing in order to keep appointment through morning traffic. No apologies heard. My hours is worth as much as your hourly charge.
