This is my 2nd review for Air Tactical since we ended up deciding on installing a new boiler. George and Nick are absolute pros! The new piping coming out the boiler is awesome! Everything looks so clean and the boiler sounds great, looks great and best of all it’s heating better than ever! I know this winter we will sleep warm and it’s all because of George and Air Tactical for coming through for us when we needed it most. Fan of George!! Getting things done!!! I had an art studio stale air issue that was affecting my health and George saved me from having lung issues. We also installed a heater so I wouldn’t be frigid cold for a 3rd winter in a row. Excited to spend this winter in the studio finally with fresh air and heat :)
George installed the heating/cooling system through my multi-family brownstone. He has since come for routine maintenance, but also been super responsive in the midst of a crisis and is all around reliable. We’ve worked with George off and on over the past three years and he has consistently been reliable, hard working and knowledgeable. He does quality work and is thoughtful about how he approaches different situations and problems. He recently went above and beyond, taking the time to secure one of the last of a discontinued HVAC unit that we needed as a replacement. I am very impressed with Air Tactical HVAC. They just installed a new Mitsubishi split A/C for my residence. The installation took two days, as promised, and George helped coordinate the follow-on electrical hookup the following day. Professional service - no hassle - and an overall excellent experience. The A/C's are working great as well! Two thumbs up!!
