My car overheated and I needed a tow. From the time that I called from the time to the tow truck driver arrived, was about 15 minutes. This was right after work at 5:00 rush hour traffic. The driver was friendly, efficient and professional. I would absolutely use their services again.

Tesla roadside used AJ’s Towing and Naveed my Tow truck driver came fast and got the car up and towed extremely quickly and efficiently. He was also friendly and helpful. Recommend him!

Nasrat was awesome was able to put my motorhome exactly where I wanted it and it was a tight situation. He was unbelievable. Very professional, very polite and and heavy duty truck driver thanks nasrat

I ended up canceling for other reasons but the automated system was easy to deal with and I got a follow up call from the driver named Ramin, he was very polite and informative. I appreciate the good customer service and will be adding this number to my contacts for future needs.

Don't use them. They had an AI answer to record information and promise an ETA within an hour and no one ever showed up. Two hours later a human called and confirmed they used an AI and then tried to collect information to complete the tow but by then it was way too late. Don't use them.
