School seems legit but the customer service is not helpful. They are located in Texas and could not get the time zone difference when scheduling phone calls and would call me when I was not available yet. I tried asking Ohio-related questions for this school and career but they could not answer them. They also cannot pronounce our city name of Akron, when they leave a message they mispronounce it. That doesn't build confidence for me.
Akron Medical Assistant School is a bad place. I had a very poor experience there. The staff were unprofessional and communication was very slow. Everything took too long and I do not recommend this place.
