It’s very clear Jerica doesn’t like her job. I specifically asked what all I needed before driving to this location. She told me that I would need my id and my title and that was all. Once I arrived, she had an adtitude the entire time. 0 customer service then told me at that time I needed other paperwork. Don’t waste your time because not only can they not provide clear instructions over the phone, they are rude as hell.
The lady Jericha helped me with my loan. She's so sweet and very knowledgable, was able to answer all my questions & concerns. I recommend this place one million percent 💕💫
