It’s very clear Jerica doesn’t like her job. I specifically asked what all I needed before driving to this location. She told me that I would need my id and my title and that was all. Once I arrived, she had an adtitude the entire time. 0 customer service then told me at that time I needed other paperwork. Don’t waste your time because not only can they not provide clear instructions over the phone, they are rude as hell.
