I have been dealing with Alabama Title Loans for years. I had a bad experience with them two weeks ago. The branch manager (Miranda) was very rude and unprofessional. I went in and got a payday loan on the 19th of August (right before my payday on the 23rd)and they told me that it was due the following week. I tried to explain that my payday wasn't until the 6th of September. Miranda had an attitude with me and stated that she didn't know when my payday was and hung up in my face.
