Miranda is the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to come here. This place is so ghetto. Food on the desks. Didn't want to give us a copy of our title and wouldn't tell us why. I don't see how she's still working here
The lady Miranda is extremely rude and disrespectful, I am trying to take care of my loan and she is being down right nasty and rude. I have been sick and in and out of the hospital and I told her I can be there in the morning to make my payment and she got real nasty and said I have 45 minutes to get up there or I needed to turn in the car. This is not how you talk to customers or having returning customers!
I did an inquiry online and received a call from Cierra. She was friendly and explained the process clearly. She was professional, she made me feel valued. Her attention to detail ensure excellent results. She goes above and beyond in her role. Thank you Cierra.
I highly recommend this business. Miranda always shows great customer service. I was completely impressed with her professionalism. I was able to get the funds I needed very quickly and it wasn’t loads of paperwork to fill out. If I could give 10+ stars I definitely would!!!
