Dr. Franco and Martin have given me such a professional and trustworthy experience. Although the process (graft to implant) can be incredibly scary, I continue to leave feeling confident and cared for and not at all pressured. They’re both so informative and kind, as well as all the ladies in reception! I highly recommend.

I went in for my wisdom teeth removal with Dr. Franco. He was attentive, thorough and patient. He explained the plan of care very well and in a way that I was easily able to understand. He was also happy and open to answer any questions I had about post-operative care. The rest of the care team was just as attentive and helpful. They called me back in a reasonable time and were kind and knowledgeable in clarifying post-operative instructions. Just know I was going into this completely full of anxiety and cancelled appointments with prior oral surgeons for ANY minor inconvenience. When I tell you that this experience could not have been the more perfect experience for my first time getting sedation EVER. I saw Dr. Hanna and he was very informative, I explained my concerns which obviously are anxiety based he was very understanding and explained everything also very compassionate you can just tell he knows what he's doing which is extremely comforting. There aren’t enough kind and complimentary words to express the professional, welcoming, accommodating and incredible experience we had. The entire process was seamless from the pre-op, the procedure to the billing. Our daughter was very anxious about having her wisdom teeth out and everyone put her at ease.
