We had an extremely poor experience with this title company. The seller selected Angela Sanchez as the escrow officer, and from the outset, the level of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. After executing a legally binding contract, we promptly wired the earnest money and option fee. Despite this, there was no acknowledgment of receipt, even after repeated follow-ups. This is my second time in less than a year closing on a property using Alamo Title. They have been absolutely professional, knowledgeable and have maintained great communication throughout the entire process. I used Vela during both closings, and she’s amazing! Super nice, professional and explained everything in detail in addition to questions that I had. Amazing experience!
