Monica did a fantastic job having all our docs prepped and ready to go for my closing. She walked through each line item and made sure all was understood and correct. I strongly recommend Alamo Title for your closing needs!
Monica Balderas is the best Escrow officer i have ever worked with. She is very diligent, organised and is on top of everything every single time. She responds quickly to anything you need. She goes above and beyond the scope of her work to make the transactions feel easy and seamless. Her customer service is also amazing, she will take care of you and your clients no doubt. I recommend you work with her in your next deal 1000%

I recently had the pleasure of working with Emily Ogletree and had a wonderful experience. She went above and beyond to ensure that we could make closing happen.
