100% disabled Army Vet. Current immunosuppressed by chemotherapy. I asked to be allowed to fill out the forms (closing) in the parking lot, rather than in the Title office due to not having much of an immune system, and wanting to avoid occupied spaces. I was told no, and charged $200 extra for a mobile Notary. I do not recommend using Alamo Title for anything. Horrible experience overall, even without considering the obvious violation of disability law. Yes, I have the receipts.

Friday, started closing at 9'30 am. Had mover scheduled, utilities to be turned off, ready to vacate the home. Never received any calls from Alamo the remainder of the day. They closed for the weekend. I did not receive my wire transfer not eas given any update at all. Forced me to cancel movers and utilities

Very BAD SERVICE we start a process on August 4 whit Cristina supposedly she emailed me and the owner and we never recive any email or call from anybody we called a couple of times and the person the answer said everything still good. I contact Cristina on September 3rd that was our closing date and we find out the they don't even start anything yet she said was our fault because we didn't answer the email, the email the we never recive!!! SUPER BAD SERVICE!!!!!!

Horrible - Beyond Horrible - accused me of sending a fraudulent cashiers check - When i told her she was wrong her response was ( i have been doing this for year and you must be having a bad day). Well looks like she has been doing it wrong for years and having a bad day since she was calling the WRONG BANK, and zero follow up to admit her mistake. Stop use someone else ....

If I could give a ZERO I would. No communication, closing was postponed an we were never told. Sasha needs a new job. Katy is a ZERO too.
