Alan is the best therapist I've come across. And I've seen 3. There isn't much he hasn't seen in his lifetime and he truly listens to the meaning of the thoughts you share. Even the ones that you may not hear yourself when youre speaking. He explains things well and helps you discover how you developed your coping mechanisms and empowers you to challenge what's not working while giving you the confidence to stand tall while you face it.
