I have been going here since July 2023 and I absolutely love this place. On my first day Mrs Jackie had to come out of her office and get me to calm down because I was so distraught and making a scene in the waiting room. She has been the most amazing counselor and the realest woman on my team. She tells you how it is and I love and respect her for that. My other counselor Jamie is like my "best friend". If you’ve been hesitant to give medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder a try, or if you’ve had a bad experience in the past, I highly recommend coming here and giving it an honest try. This was pretty much my very last option after nine months in a suboxone program had failed. Ms Jackie has been my counselor for 2-3 years and really has helped me in how to organize my life. I'm sometimes difficult to deal with and she knows exactly what to say even before I said it and don't want to hear it. She is absolutely the best counselor I've EVER had.
I’ve used this clinic 2 times in my life and it has been my saving grace. MAT WORKS!!!!! Jackie has been my counselor both times, since 2019. Jackie has carried me in ways that I didn’t know was possible. It’s like walking in and seeing my best friend. We know each other by voice. Even over the phone, she knows it’s me. Jackie is a great counselor and always has my back. She has never made me feel less than or that something is wrong with me. She helps me with new tools and tools I have already learned to help overcome my day to day struggles.
