Newly remodeled with all new appliances and great looking modern everything.This place is beautiful and well maintained always clean. The service department keeps everything clean and well maintained. You see them working all day. Albany Terrance should more likely be called a Senior Survivalist Bootcamp- This CHA Senior building is where seniors go to learn to live, survive and try to find happiness in their last years whilst living among Mice, Roaches, Gnats, Bed Bugs, Broken Elevators, Inoperable Laundry Machines, frequent bouts of No Hot Water, and general lack of concern for resident comfort and peace of mind. I just call because my mom was not Answering her phone and I wanted to know if she was okay, and I call the office and ask them if they would knock on her door to see is she’s not sick and I call Albany terrace apartments in Chicago and the lady on the phone was very rude telling me that they don’t do that and sorry and hang the telephone on my face, this woman shouldn’t be working there anymore because she doesn’t know how to answer the phone.
This is were my mother lives over a year & hope to live there much much more years by the grace of god, may she be bless today tomorrow & ever.
