I use to be with someone that lived there the management is a joke maintenance is a joke. The management doesn't do up keep she let's certain tenants get away with whatever they want. If you don't do what management wants she will evict you if you are a resident or if you are a visitor you will be put on the ban list. I lived there with my grandmother in the early '90s and worked as a maintenance man for a while after that but things have changed drastically since then. My daughter is a single mother and moved into Alco about a year ago. She works PRN (as needed) as a medical assistant so her hours vary between 25-40/week but her hourly pay has remained the same.
