Many companies are beginning to use AI. We think in your case you should find a way to Clone employees like Phillipe. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He got to our issue with the key pad quickly and took time to educate us on how to understand the messages in the system. Excellent employee.

I have a large wireless security system that occasionally needs a professional technician to fix a problem. I called 360 for help on a problem that I couldn’t diagnose or fix. The technician that came was Scott and he was friendly and proved to be an outstanding technician. He was able to rapidly diagnose the issue and make the necessary repairs and adjustments quickly. Having a large house I deal with various technicians from time to time but few of them are as qualified and professional as Scott from 360.

Chris did a great job. He studied the motion sensors and took care of the problems. He tested to see if they were working properly after he fixed them. He answered questions I had. Very friendly and professional.
