So far we really like Alert360! Very easy to use and like the fact we can control everything from our phones!!! Jason came out for the initial consultation- He was great to work with, very professional! Dominic the service tech who did the installs was awesome! He was also very professional and was helpful explaining how the system works.. Highly recommend!!!

Dominic, our installer, is awesome. In addition to doing the work, he took the time to explain everything: why did the system stop working? What needed to be replaced? How to use the new equipment( seeing that we did not understand, he let us record on our cell phone as he explained it. This way we could play it back. This went beyond just entering the passcode. Many companies are beginning to use AI. We think in your case you should find a way to Clone employees like Phillipe. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He got to our issue with the key pad quickly and took time to educate us on how to understand the messages in the system. Excellent employee.
