Chris did a great job. He studied the motion sensors and took care of the problems. He tested to see if they were working properly after he fixed them. He answered questions I had. Very friendly and professional.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM ALERT360 - THEY FAILED ME WHEN I NEEDED THEM MOST If I could give zero stars, I would. I trusted Alert360 to protect my home and my peace of mind. I paid for their so-called "top-of-the-line" security system, thinking I was doing the right thing for my safety and my family. Just a few months later, my home was burglarized--and the system completely failed. I had armed it exactly the way they told me to. We have had a horrible experience. The insurance certificate sent to me via email had our prior address and did not indicate centralized monitoring of fire alarms which I specifically asked you about this prior to going forward as it is a needed requirement for our homeowners insurance renewal! Also, the installer, Carlos, requested a check which I gave him yesterday; however when I called customer support they have no record of payment and I am unable to register or access my account.
