We have had our monitored residential alarm system for 24 years. Last year, Alert 360 took over all services from a replacement/interim company to our original system and hardware vendor, installer, and monitoring service, after the original company owner died and they went out of business (The interim company did not provide good service and employees we dealt with were not friendly or helpful. I have had them for about 5 years or longer for my stores, when i go to close the store down, i called 2 months later to cancel my service with them (april 2024), didnt notice that they were still charging me, then called in january 2025 to cancel, and then was told to email, i then emailed, noticed today they were still charging me, the same amount, said that there was an error on the unit number, they MUST know that i was talking about the unit they were charging me for, no reply, just continued to charge, will never do bu... read more
