Scott at Alert360 is an excellent technician. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and consistently courteous. I have been very impressed with both Scott and Alert360. This is the third time he has visited our home over the past few years. Alert360's customer service is professional and courteous, and the team reliably completes whatever work is required.

So far we really like Alert360! Very easy to use and like the fact we can control everything from our phones!!! Jason came out for the initial consultation- He was great to work with, very professional! Dominic the service tech who did the installs was awesome! He was also very professional and was helpful explaining how the system works.. Highly recommend!!!

Knowledgeable and experienced technician updated my alarm control unit. Explained how the new system works in an easily-understood manner. Inspected the existing sensors and replaced one that was not working properly. Excellent job.
