As per usual, I had a great appointment at Alexander Dental! At every appointment the front desk staff are welcoming to me and other patients. Although, I will say I have obtained the recognition of being one the staff member's amazing children! This appointment was very unique for me and I admit I was equally scared and nervous. Why? I was referred to this dental practice by my sister, and my experience exceeded expectations. From my initial phone call through my first appointment, the office staff and clinical team were exceptionally professional, courteous, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and valued every step of the way. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking outstanding dental care and a positive patient experience.
I would strongly recommend staying away from Alexander Dental. I recently went to Alexander Dental for a treatment plan that totaled approximately $5,000. I still have outstanding work that needs to be completed, including a cleaning and crown replacement, and now one of the teeth they worked on is causing severe pain. I’ve been going to Alexander Dental for a few years now and I have always been treated well. Dr. Adugna is always exceptional and thorough at what he does. Absolutely a wonderful dentist practice and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They were able to fit me in on the same day for a minor cosmetic dental procedure. They are patient, listen to your concerns, and the dentists are very skilled. In addition to the fabulous service, they gave me a discount. Over the years that I have been going there they are always ethical and not money hungry like some of the other dental practices out there. They are a gem!
