I highly recommend Alexander Kanaan, Nurse Practitioner. He is kind, caring, and always takes the time to provide excellent health advice. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes every appointment comfortable and easy. One of the things I appreciate most is that he speaks Portuguese. This makes a big difference because he understands me and can communicate in my native language. LET ME START OFF BY SAYING THANK YOU TO MY DR.KANAAN HE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST HANDS DOWN I WAS GOING TO ANOTHER PSYCHIATRIST SINCE 2010 UNTIL MARCH 2026 MY OLD DOCTOR NEVER TOOK MY SITUATION SERIOUS AND WAS MISS DIAGNOSING ME ONE DAY. Alex Kanaan, NP, is a fantastic medical provider. He is great with communication and took the time to listen to and address my concerns. Alex went above and beyond: he explained resources available to me during a mental health crisis, recommended a great therapist who I still see, and informed me about alternate treatment options for depression. Our entire experience from scheduling online and working with the staff and then being onboarded easily was refreshing that it went so well. I love that they use Phreesia for check in as well and we were reminded about our appointment with good timing. NP Alex Kanaan was kind and attentive, asked all the right questions and reviewed history and medications extensively to get to the right combination, while remaining conservative in his approach. Highly recommend!
