Alex Kanaan, NP, is a fantastic medical provider. He is great with communication and took the time to listen to and address my concerns. Alex went above and beyond: he explained resources available to me during a mental health crisis, recommended a great therapist who I still see, and informed me about alternate treatment options for depression. Our entire experience from scheduling online and working with the staff and then being onboarded easily was refreshing that it went so well. I love that they use Phreesia for check in as well and we were reminded about our appointment with good timing. NP Alex Kanaan was kind and attentive, asked all the right questions and reviewed history and medications extensively to get to the right combination, while remaining conservative in his approach. Highly recommend!

I’ve been really pleased with the care I’ve received from Alex and LifeStance. The team is well organized, and the online interface is simple to use. More importantly, Alex Really takes the time to get to know me and treat the whole person. Could not be more pleased.
