Worst experience ever . First off they were supposed to call us at 11 am Saturday and they never did . We had to call them . After telling my mom they will help her with her disability case , having her on the phone for over an hour gathering information, assuring her they will help her they just randomly called her the day after to tell her never mind we won’t be helping you and gave no explanation as to why they couldn’t help her . I was in an accident November 5th in their website for add they had on Facebook told me that they would have my money in 30 days and it would be at least a three-digit number check we're going on this many months and they're still spinning me I just think it was misleading for them to get my hopes up that I would have my money that fast and be done with it and that's not the case and I'm not even sure that they cared that much

As with all processes an accident process can be very trying and difficult. The Memphis attorney assigned to my case was a great help and made himself available for any questions or concerns. The attorney Paul Peel,is experienced and has knowledge about how the Insurance companies will respond and the ability to understand the situation and how to deal with them effectively.. it is a process dealing with your Car, Injuries , and so forth . They start off good by setting up appointments and making sure your car is going to get fix. After that, you will not hear from them. You call and no one answer their phone. No matter what you do,it's hard to get in touch with someone and no one will call you back. They have me thinking I've been scammed.

Hopeful in the beginning- was supposed to get phone calls. As time goes on. Got an email saying vaguely can not represent me and a letter saying the same. and now this text survey saying thank you for allowing me to help you. Not sure how I got help but alright. Thanks. Meanwhile my arm still hurts and I made orthoexpress appointment on the same day I have approved PTO for a dentist appointment..to get my fractured tooth removed that I got from the car wreck.
