I saw Alexis when I was 13 in 2022 ish or 2023 and struggling with Bipolar 1-mixed, which then we didn't know. She has a calming approach, and can meet anyone in any level of crisis or pain at their level. She helped me with 5,4,3,2,1-something I have never forgotten. Thank you for helping!!
