Excellent service- the best you can find within 1000 miles for an Alfa Romeo! Although it's tough to get an appointment ahead of time, you just need to go and they'll work with you to get you in/out as fast as possible.
Malcolm was great in service department
Jonathan Kenny was amazing! He told me everything that was wrong with my car and the reason I brought it in including the cost, he didn't try to pressure me into buying or fixing other unnecessary parts. He was very generous in asking if I wanted a wash with my service or water for the way home. Jonathan was always checking in during the service with estimated times while I was waiting!
