Horrible place. They don’t care about their patients. Call buttons don’t work. Can’t get to your loved one via phone, water fountain doesn’t work. Patients just yelling for nurses and being ignored. My dad has been there a week and still hasn’t seen OT. PT walked him halfway down the hall and left. He calls me when he has to use the bathroom because no one ever comes to assist. He fell trying to get himself to the restroom and had to go to the hospital. He hasn’t been bathed or dressed. He had dried poop stains on his shirt ... read more

I have a fam member in there now for past 2 weeks. Food is un edible serving bologna sandwhich 2 pieces of meat with small hand of chips. Next day a corn dog with cold kidney beans and I bring up fresh food to eat and it was stolen from the refridge. Food is terrible and usually cold. I brought up new shirts and pants and a brand new polo was stolen from the room today. He hasnt had a shave in 2 weeks and begged for 7 days for a shower.
