I have a friend staying in this Awful please, The one in Oaklawn on 95thst, the service is terrible ! The food is cold the water is warm. they forget to give her, her medicine, and when she keeps asking, they tell her we gave it to you already, which isn't true. If you call for them, the response time is sometimes hours later. They steal any and everything, you have to take anything of value with you if your leaving your room. My grandmother's stay at this rehabilitation program was a mixed experience, and if I could, I'd rate it 2.5 stars. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which was a definite plus. However, several issues impacted the overall quality of care. The facility is currently undergoing renovations, resulting in noticeable paint and construction odors that were quite unpleasant. Completely incompetent. There are couple great CNAs who work there but the the rest of the staff is horrible, except for Chris. She tried her best to rectify a series situation that was constructed on a previous shift. I wouldn’t let my dogs stay there!!

I want to acknowledge Valencia, Miss Mary Godbold, Muhammad, Ms Yvonne, Miss Vanessa and Miss Susie. This core team are very courteous, willing to always help with any situation that I might have and they are a great first point of contact for anybody to meet.
