The people here are so nice, when I first came they made me welcome and treated me so well. That continued through my stay and I'm happy to have gotten better and they helped me find a new place to live. When I need more help, I will come back to live. Special shoutout to: Lisa, Whitney, Morgan, Daniel, Thomas, and Tiana who treated me with great care and compassion. YOU WILL BE IN GOOD HANDS, thank you Aliya!
My family and I are very thankful for the care our loved one receives here. The staff are kind, attentive, and truly treat residents like family. You can tell they care, and that means everything to us.
I got here a few months ago and so far i like it! The DON Rose is such a nice person. She is very good at her job. Always has a smile on her face and sometimes dances around. She even comes on her days off when other nurses can't. This week she is working 7 days. All the staff here are really nice. The food is so so but they do the best they can with what they have.i never wanted to come here cause when i would walk my dog when i lived around here the place from outside looked badreally is a nice place
My aunt was at the facility and we were extremely concerned because we live in Philadelphia. However, the staff here put us at ease. Very personable and friendly. When we went to pick up my aunt, she was hugging the staff because she built such a good bond with them especially the Director of Nursing, Rose. Rose was very thorough going over her discharge details. They also had a decent library which was nice since my aunt is an avid reader. Thanks again.
Aliya of Palatine is a top notch facility! The staff here truly care about the patients and they always make me feel welcome. The administration here is phenomenal, namely Morgan and Nurse manager Rose. You will be relieved knowing your loved one is cared for and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking.
