My name is Charlotte Campbell, and I was a patient at Aliya of Palos Park. On my first day of being admitted, I was greeted by caring staff. The Administrator brought me a Welcome Basket and introduced herself. Erica Riley the Unit manager was very nice and showed such great compassion and dedication to quality care. The facility is clean, quiet, and the staff really care. If I ever need short term care or long-term care, I will come back to Aliya of Palos Park, and I would definitely refer a family member or friend.

Who ever decided to remove the chairs on the second floor family member in 239. Ridiculous! There is no where for family members to sit while visiting. Last week a family member knelt on the floor in the dining room to feed her mother. Rumor has it so the CNA'S didn't sit. Again Ridiculous! They feed more than half of the residents. It is uncomfortable for both residents as well as CNA'S to have them standing. Where do you expect visitors to sit? Certainly, kneeling on the floor to feed a love one is UNNACTABLE!

Not a good place to work place ran poorly don't take care of residents don't have enough workers to take of the residents cheat the nurses cnas and other workers out their pay checks workers waiting months to get paid or at all need to be closed down they owe me 1,025 dollars never got paid days holiday work 🙃 melva m Williams cna,nurse aliya of palos park Illinois
