I found everyone from the office secretary, salesman Charles and installers to be very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was kept informed and my questions answered from first contact through the installation process. Had one little glitch with thermostat and they sent an on call person William right away to correct. I highly recommend All About Air and Heat.
Great experience from start to finish. Arrived promptly to give us a quote for a new HVAC system. Scheduled the service and they also arrived promptly for that. The guys were courteous and left everything the way they found it. Did a great job cleaning up. Now our heat and AC run great!
These have to be the easiest people in the world to deal with. They do what they say they are going to do when they say it will happen. Took a rough situation and made it bearable. Installed new a/c and furnace. The crew was great and when they left, other than new equipment I couldn't tell they had been there. DeeDee in the office makes sure everything is the way the customer wants it and seems to genuinely care. They have my business from now on!
I had called everywhere looking for someone to work on my swimming pool heat pump. When I called All About Heat & Air, the individual who answered the phone was SOO nice. She put me in touch with one of the owners who checked with the HVAC division. I had the nicest young man at my house 2 days later and he miraculously fixed everything! Great job to all!
We moved our washer and dryer hookups. All About Heat and Air did the electrical and the dryer vent. They worked well together, did a good job and communicated with me effectively while doing the work. Well done.
