This was a complete home HVAC System replacement. Proposed work was effectively described & provided 3 options. Work was scheduled effectively and completed on time. The crew was knowledgeable & experienced and completed the removal of the old system and installation of a complex new system in a timely manner in a highly professional manner with excellent Workmanship Standards and attention to Detail. All About Heat and Air was prompt and courteous, informative and precisely on time. Jeremy, the technician was polite and informative and actually allowed me to watch him perform the work (so I could do it myself the next time.) I think the price was high for the work performed, but my problem was corrected within 3 hours from my initial call requesting a repair technician.
All great service, all around! The person who called me back, the timely tending to my issue with an appt- the technician showing up on time and making efficient work of the repair. Heath did a great job - so far anyway, it's still working, better than before.
Dylan was courteous and professional. Made appointment for tomorrow but he came a day early which was great! He explained everything that was needed and what it would cost before continuing. I would definitely consider using this company again.
I called the office after hours and left a message for a service call. I got a response first thing the next morning and had an appointment scheduled for that day for someone to come out Billy did an excellent job, diagnosing the problem and fixing it . When I inquired about an upgrade, he got on the phone to his office and had somebody at the house within a half hour to talk to us about that .
