Great experience from start to finish. Arrived promptly to give us a quote for a new HVAC system. Scheduled the service and they also arrived promptly for that. The guys were courteous and left everything the way they found it. Did a great job cleaning up. Now our heat and AC run great!
I found everyone from the office secretary, salesman Charles and installers to be very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I was kept informed and my questions answered from first contact through the installation process. Had one little glitch with thermostat and they sent an on call person William right away to correct. I highly recommend All About Air and Heat.
These have to be the easiest people in the world to deal with. They do what they say they are going to do when they say it will happen. Took a rough situation and made it bearable. Installed new a/c and furnace. The crew was great and when they left, other than new equipment I couldn't tell they had been there. DeeDee in the office makes sure everything is the way the customer wants it and seems to genuinely care. They have my business from now on!
Technician was very professional and courteous. We were just having a maintenance job done on the AC units. He thoroughly inspected and advised us the units were in great shape.
They were wonderful! Oliver helped me find the right unit and was able to accommodate where we wanted it placed which we really appreciated! Didi was super helpful and friendly. They got the job done quickly when they said they would.
