We called for annual service and they scheduled it the next day, extremely responsive! Service expert Jeremy was at our home last year, so it was great to see a familiar face. He is totally knowledgeable about our mini-split units and finished the complete cleaning in 3 hours. This is a very dependable company.
Was referred by a family member to All About Heat and Air for an a/c check-up, and was very pleased with their service. They scheduled next day service, showed up on time, and performed their service without attitude or "hard sell" pressure. Jeremy was very knowledgable and very personable, and the price was very fair. I will 100% recommend them to anyone, and will be glad to call them again when need be.
Had a very positive experience with All Heat & Air! I have been out of air conditioning for over a week now, and after numerous attempts with other companies, I contacted All Heat & Air and they were able to fit me in for Thursday (I contacted them on Monday). To my incredible amusement, I was contacted Tuesday by phone, and they told me they were able to fit me in for Tuesday evening. From the time I called to the time I paid I was impressed. The gal who answered the phone was sweet and warm, they got me scheduled same day! Charles came out and was able to diagnose and solve the problem. He was the kind of service guy you want! Knowledgeable, friendly and skillful. 10/10 recommend.
Jake diagnosed my heating issue and had the part the next day. Gave me an honest estimate and ended up making the repair quicker than he thought. I can’t say enough about his professionalism, honesty, and quick and thorough work.
