Really awesome experience with All About Heat and Air. Reached someone quickly, they were friendly and helpful and got our repair order scheduled for same day service. The tech, Dylan, arrived exactly when promised. He was very friendly, very professional and very personable. He diagnosed our issue quickly, was able to fix it within 15 to 20 minutes, and didn't try any trickery with the charge. In fact, he was incredibly honest and fair. This was a complete home HVAC System replacement. Proposed work was effectively described & provided 3 options. Work was scheduled effectively and completed on time. The crew was knowledgeable & experienced and completed the removal of the old system and installation of a complex new system in a timely manner in a highly professional manner with excellent Workmanship Standards and attention to Detail. Faced with a 97 degree day and an air conditioner that stopped working, we chose to call All About Heat &Air praying they could help us. They put us on their list with the promise of tomorrow morning. Then two hours later there was a cancellation and they were able to respond this afternoon! All About Heat and Air was prompt and courteous, informative and precisely on time. Jeremy, the technician was polite and informative and actually allowed me to watch him perform the work (so I could do it myself the next time.) I think the price was high for the work performed, but my problem was corrected within 3 hours from my initial call requesting a repair technician.

All great service, all around! The person who called me back, the timely tending to my issue with an appt- the technician showing up on time and making efficient work of the repair. Heath did a great job - so far anyway, it's still working, better than before.
