Have worked with the All About Plumbing on multiple jobs, from a major installation of a basement bathroom and extension, to a well upgrade on a 240’ degraded well system. A particular shout out to Evan and Marcos, who cover Haywood County and have been steadfast, quick and professional in every instance. These guys are my go-to for every job henceforth!
Appointment was made within one hour of my phone call. Our technician, Paul, was right on time, courteous, and professional. He had all the parts with him and begain the work immediately upon arriving. He was very fast and efficient. All the repairs were made satisfactorily. Cost was rather high, but then most home repairs are these days. Overall, I was exceptionally pleased with the technician, timeliness, and quality of the work. I would recommend them highly.
Excellent service! I was able to get an appointment for a plumbing issue within hours of calling. The technician, Matt, showed up on time, listened while I explained the issue, and then talked me through his assessment and repair plans. The plumber, Matt was very helpful, informative, and did a quality job. I followed up with a phone call because I was gone when he finished. He sent me before and after pics. While a bit pricey, they fixed my shut down septic pump same day…into early evening. I’m willing to pay for quality workmanship and timely response.
For repair of a constant water running toilet and a constant drip nearby faucet . . . . Service man arrived exactly at the promised time. Explained what parts would require replacement. Gave pre-installation estimate before departing to acquire the parts. Kept in touch by text when some parts were not quickly available at the nearby supply warehouse. Returned 3 hours later. Repaired both toilet & faucet within less than an hour. Left the worksite completely clean & tidy. I’m 100% satisfied.
