I like that they immediately booked, gave me an exact appointment time and showed up at that time. They also immediately emailed me confirmation, which was nice. However, the plumber showed up on site gave me a quote of $450. I approved the work, but after the job was complete he told me it was now $571? Overall 4 out of 5 Stars, But it would’ve been five out of five stars if they would’ve been transparent and gave me a total out the door price with taxes and fees included.

Once again I had a GREAT experience with All About Plumbing. I would especially like to commend Mike Manus, who was the plumber who replaced my hot water heater. Mike had done a few little plumbing repair jobs for me the past couple of years, but for this big job, Mike did an excellent job removing and installing a new hot water heater - including moving the old water heater and new water heater down a narrow stairway to my basement. I lost our water heater on Christmas Eve. I knew that I was gonna be stuck for several days without hot water. I was looking through Google reviews about plumbers and discovered All About Plumbing. On a long shot I gave them a call and it’s really sweet lady answered and told me that they were working today and that they would have somebody out there by 22 3 o’clock. The technician arrived on time. Matthew was very pleasant and professional. He explained to me everything that needed to be done and gave me an estimate. From the time he arrived until he finished was 2 hours. He had everything picked up and he tested it several times for any leaks. No leaks, done right the first time. If you need any plumbing done right the first time I would recommend All About Plumbing and Matthew their top technician. Thank You!!!

The company and Technician Andrew were awesome. I I had a tankless water heater leak after the storms. I called Monday morning. Andrew was out by noon. He was tidy courteous professional and knew his craft. Andrew spoke to The water heater rep. about where the leak was coming from. After Andrew disassembled and reassembled the part, the leak had stopped. Long story short there was no repair needed.
