I lost our water heater on Christmas Eve. I knew that I was gonna be stuck for several days without hot water. I was looking through Google reviews about plumbers and discovered All About Plumbing. On a long shot I gave them a call and it’s really sweet lady answered and told me that they were working today and that they would have somebody out there by 22 3 o’clock. The technician arrived on time. Matthew was very pleasant and professional. He explained to me everything that needed to be done and gave me an estimate. From the time he arrived until he finished was 2 hours. He had everything picked up and he tested it several times for any leaks. No leaks, done right the first time. Professional service, friendly and respectful of property. Recommended for sure. I called and they had his guy onsite in an hour. We Are on shared Wells with several houses. Andrew was knowledgeable, persistent, courteous, thorough, and explained everything in great detail. He worked hard to identify our issues and he and the team dug up and repaired our very old sewer lines. I feel like the price was fair for the work and would not hesitate to use them again.

Called for emergency plumbing service on a water main. They promptly responded and had someone out the same day to see the issue and provide quotes. Terry was very helpful investigating and explaining the potential issue while providing multiple quote options. I opted to dig the line out where the leak was to make it a bit cheaper on myself and have them come professionally fix it first thing the next week.
