I just want to say that I enjoyed working with All American Fences. I had three projects I wanted to do for my house. All american is the first to take my money, in a good way. I had trouble with the other contractors and am starting from scratch looking for a sprinkler system and a retaining wall. My fence looks AMAZING! Excellent experience with AAF from the estimate to the installation. When I called for an estimate, Nino was punctual for the appointment and provided a booklet with different styles of fencing, which was extremely helpful. Overall, their quote was the best of 5 companies too. When it came time to installation, they showed up right within the window, removed the old chainlink fence, repaired a section of the neighbors fence and installed a beautiful privacy fence for us. Love our new fence! From the beginning to the end excellent customer service. Nino was very detailed, did not rush, gave recommendations. In addition, the contract was clear and I received the delivery of my fence a week after signing my contract! The office support responded to my inquiries quickly and effectively. Nino was super flexible and accommodating, while I battled with my HOA for permission. He had the foresight to look at the weather forecast, and moved up the installation by 2 days, to avoid rain. His crew were punctual and professional and did an amazing job, in record time!
From the quote process to the finished job All American Fence did an amazing job. They came in lower than anyone else on price, but I don't always choose based on lowest price I usually like to get a sense of work ethic and knowledge from them. They gave us several options and went over everything and answered all our questions. I was confident in my selection and sure enough their crew showed up and knocked the job out of the park.
