Excellent and hassle-free experience! I recently closed my storage unit account, and Vie made the entire process incredibly smooth and quick. Very friendly, professional, and reviewed my email I sent in reference to my vacate day. Fantastic customer service!
Be aware that this facility charges for a full month even if your belongings are only there for a few days, with no prorating. I was charged $160 — a full month's rent plus a 20% late fee — for 5 days. They also increase rent by 20% annually. If you're considering storing here, read the fine print carefully and factor in that your rate will not stay what you signed up for.
Very clean, efficient with easy access to storage unit. Security cameras and good lighting. Convenient pay online. The staff, Vie is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend.
Excellent customer service. I always feel welcome and cared for. Their service goes above and beyond which I find rate these days. Very grateful for them!! Facility is immaculate and safe.
All American hit all the marks for me. I stored an RV in their security fenced facility and even now that it’s back in my own yard I believe it was safer there!
