I had the pleasure of meeting Mary upon my move in possibility she was very professional and friendly. She didn't try to sell me into something I didn't need. When I wanted to downsize she made that simple as well as the 2nd unit was very close to the 1st. I moved out today and again her and Patricia made it simple. I definitely recommend and would use them again.

staff is great facilities are clean HOWEVER, they will only prorate your unit 5 days after money is due!!! so I had to pay an entire month for 3 additional days !!! poor policy!!! they did respond and asked me to email then never responded

The facility is new and clean. Rates are reasonable but best of all the ladies staffing it are Amazingly helpful and nice. The two of them definitely make the place. Ignore the 1 Star review. I have been here for a year and have gotten 1 $6 increase that I was advised of the month before. Even after the increase it's still a better rate from the storage I had before this.
Bright, clean and very friendly staff! Mary and Patty are so nice and helpful!! Climate controlled with great pricing! Relocating from another storage company and the process was quick and easy!!Highly recommend!
Great Facility for Storage so clean, every unit is climate controlled, great prices. So much better than the competitor down the street ( Extra Space storage). Awesome Customer service from Mary& Patty! Thanks, for making the move less stressful! I would highly recommend to anyone. Kristin P-
scammers get you in then jack up your rates to twice that of new people, and I don't mean the first month discount which i didn;t even get a full month. They also raised mandatory insurance costs. There was also flooding in the units.

Don't believe you're getting a good deal by the rates they offer when you first sign-up, they raise the storage rates quickly. After being there just a few months, my rent was increased $100!!! This was done under the guise of increased taxes, utilities, inflation, property improvements, vendor costs, upkeep. Meanwhile I see evidence for none of these, except for perhaps greedy business owners.
