THEY ARE UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP BEWARE!!! We are a current customer. We signed our contract in October. When we did, we were told that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for permitting and 4 to 6 weeks for construction. We broke ground the first week of February. It is currently May and we have no electrical, No decking, No pebble finish, And no end in sight.
