Update (June 10. 2026): replacement of the cracked coping stone was completed after some follow-up. However, it was identified in early 2026, after the pump speed was reduced to the manufacturers recommendation, that air was being introduced into the system. After many months of follow-up and to be fair to them, pressure testing and checking the installation, there is still no resolution to this problem and they seem to have lost interest. THEY ARE UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP BEWARE!!! We are a current customer. We signed our contract in October. When we did, we were told that it would take 4 to 6 weeks for permitting and 4 to 6 weeks for construction. We broke ground the first week of February. It is currently May and we have no electrical, No decking, No pebble finish, And no end in sight.
