Was referred to Avio Coach Craft, in Van Nuys, thru Tesla Service Center... Our 2-week new Model 3 suffered damage from random vandalism: some drugged out street derelict threw a rock at the back window, breaking it and dinged the upper part of the rear trunk deck. Repair required a new rear window and dent/paint repair. Avio worked directly with our insurance to get everything sorted out. We have a mobile business and all our Teslas have been attended and fixed at all city. Good customer service and someone is always available to pick up the phone to give an update. Henry always helps us and he is our go to guy. They know Teslas pretty well and they are very knowledgeable about how these cars work and how to fix them quick.
