Edit: 9 months into service, we did get contracting and billing finally settled down. We've had to make a few service calls and the response has really been excellent. It doesn't fully make up for the rough start, but it only feels fair to mention, since the issues I've had are also mentioned here. This is my second time posting this. Very professional and personal when it comes to what exactly we needed for the Delta Area Chamber of Commerce. We have had some high demands lately about printing needs from our members and we couldn't provide them because we didn't have a printer that could do what they needed. All Copy Products bought out the printer I had and got me into another contract with a printer that can do what I need. Now I have happy members and I am happy that I can provide what they need.
Our organization is very well pleased with the help and concern AllCopy has given us over th years. We are pleased with the "new" machine that we obtanled last year and the service folk are really quick to respond to any of our needs. We would recommend them to others. Thank you to Vincenzo and the folks at All Copy! Our new copier is such an upgrade to our office that we count it as a member of our team. We felt taken care of every step of the way and the copier came a month early than expected. 5 stars are not enough!
Their contracts and communication should be more clear, however, they are attempting to take care of an issue we are having.
