2nd Edit: I had a rough start with this company and contracting a few years ago, but once that was through, their service has been as good as they touted in the start up process. I've removed much of the detail of my negative experience starting up, because, at this point, I feel like it left a more negative impression that what someone should expect. As with any contract, make sure you understand it and get things where they need to be. Once you're off and rolling with these guys, you'll be in good hands.
Very professional and personal when it comes to what exactly we needed for the Delta Area Chamber of Commerce. We have had some high demands lately about printing needs from our members and we couldn't provide them because we didn't have a printer that could do what they needed. All Copy Products bought out the printer I had and got me into another contract with a printer that can do what I need. Now I have happy members and I am happy that I can provide what they need.
Our organization is very well pleased with the help and concern AllCopy has given us over th years. We are pleased with the "new" machine that we obtanled last year and the service folk are really quick to respond to any of our needs. We would recommend them to others. Thank you to Vincenzo and the folks at All Copy! Our new copier is such an upgrade to our office that we count it as a member of our team. We felt taken care of every step of the way and the copier came a month early than expected. 5 stars are not enough!
The young lady who is the branch manager of Grand Junction is fantastic and resolved my issue immediately. Sorry I can't recall her name, but she was awesome!
