My business got called by a Tom Gudenrath (Caller ID) and we were not interested in their products. He called back just to tell me "We all have hate in our blood." Not sure what that means but definitely weird to call a business back just to say that? If your business gets mad that people aren't interested in your products maybe you should rethink being a business because rejection is a part of selling products. LMAO.
Be very careful with contracts, they sneak stuff into the fine print that they don't verbally disclose which makes it difficult to cancel services even when you think the contract is up and then make you pay for an extra year of leasing. They require 90-150 day cancellation notice in writing PRIOR to the date your contract is set to renew unless you verbalize otherwise that you do not want that condition on the contract. BEWARE! Not to mention copiers/printers always seem to have frequent issues.
We had an amazing experience working with this printer! The quality was top-notch, the turnaround time was quick, and everything came out exactly as I hoped. Malik was especially incredible—professional, helpful, and super easy to work with. He made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great printing services. Ask for Malik—he’s the best!
They have the absolute worst website. I get service for my printer I have to log into the website, but I can't create an account because it can't verify my address and I have no idea what my company number is supposed to be. "Contact us for assistance" but there's no contact info.
WE HAVE USED THEM FOR AWHILE AS A BUISINESS, HAD A PROBLEM AND NOAH PHILLIPS CAME THROUGH! HE CAME IN ON A SATURDAY AND TOOK CARE OF OUR PROBLEM! THATS WHAT TRUE PROFESSIONAL SALES REPS DO! THANK YOU NOAH
