Absolute worst service ever. Wish I could give zero stars. Many problems with printer/scanner over the years with them. Unreliable product. The people that come to help are nice but John Kuchta, head of Nebraska has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. Corporate is a joke too, completely unhelpful and unresponsive. Go elsewhere.
Love them! Use them for everything I can!
