Branch Manager Jana Miles always makes herself available when she is NOT busy, she Always has a quick answer and or solution to whatever problem or task i need help with. The folks at this bank are fantastic. I like the small banking feel when I go in. Not sure any of them remember my face but they seem like they do. Calling the branch for a basic question (do you sell stamps) is a nightmare but I don't think that is them. It seems every business wants to take away the personal aspect of the people that are handling your money.
Katelyn in loan services is very helpful and kind in managing our auto loan. The interest rate is affordable and we are always treated with dignity and respect. This is a very professional establishment. I just wish I would have known about them years ago. Thank You
I have always done my auto loans with Army Aviation - since my first car. It has always been pleasant. But the Branch Manager here in Santa Rosa Beach, Fl truly gave me a phenomenal experience. It was the week after Christmas and I know she was slammed, but she still managed to get my application taken care of. I got an account here several years ago. Service has been fine, employees at local branch are seemingly pleasant. I made the mistake of opening a credit card with them a year ago. I had the card stolen and $160 charged to it. Tried to dispute the charge and clueless staff had to transfer me to 6 different people, who finally ended up saying I had to cancel my card and get a new one before I could make a dispute.
