I like this one particularly because you can still deal with actual human beings, and not machines
You have to watch this branch the women in Here commit fraud. If you have something financed through them and want to pay towards your principle they roll it to the next payment instead of applying it to principle. Then when you ask about it they act like they don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s an older woman with glasses that does it. I caught on to them doing this after 4 months when I went to pay my truck note one months and it was 54 dollars instead of 380. This bank need to be investigated
