Worst bank, by far. Their “Customer Service” is no help at all. I had an issue where another bank basically cleared a check twice out of our account and All In wouldn’t help us fix it. All it would take is a simple phone call to the other bank. Instead, I was told I had to fix the issue myself, because “they don’t do that”. Impossible, the other bank couldn’t discuss anything with me because it wasn’t my account (the payee) and I wasn’t a member there. 100% recommend finding another bank that will help and back their account... read more
I've been with all in for more than 13 years. Tried to deposit a check here, manager said they had to hold it for 7 days. it's ridiculous. Waste of time to go here. Enterprise and Daleville branch they make my money available right away. Rude manager.
Very friendly and professional. Treated me like team member not a number!..
