I wish I had listened to other reviews before booking this horrific company. Everything sounded great over the phone until the team arrived. So unorganized, it took twice as long to move out as it took to move in with a different company, which makes sense considering they’re paid by the hour. My two most expensive pieces went missing during the move, and management neglected to return my phone calls and refused to do anything about it. Of the three movers this company sent to move me - all of my items were neatly boxed and arranged, ready to go, 2 of the movers were actively high out of their minds on drugs. Only 1 of the moves was a good mover. They literally stolen my furniture and expensive items and in total broke/damaged well over $12,000 worth of furniture. So many issues. The sales rep told me it was $149 per hour, one hour minimum. No additional fees unless extra materials or supplies are used. They made a mistake and accidentally sent three men which I only ordered two, they did rectify that for me to reflect the correct pricing. However, there was $160 fuel surcharge, which was never communicated to me which I don’t even understand how it could possibly be that much. Nightmare Moving Experience: Stay Far Away from This Company! I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring All my Sons and I cannot in good conscience recommend to anyone. Terrible - overcharged me 3x. The moving guys were nice enough but the dispatcher was a jerk. Avoid the scam. Also, they pressured me into leaving a review, so ignore the 5 star reviews.
