John and Junior were so nice. Did a great job. I do have to say I thought the bill was high. I was told $154 an hr. They came at 3pm and done at 8 pm. So 5 hrs doesn't come up to $1200. Even with boxes and tape. Hmmmm
I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not hire this company if you have anything of value. They are crooks and management stands behind their employees when they steel from you. One of their guys stole 300.00 in cash right our of my purse and I was told that they aren't going to do anything about it. They are also very careless and don't listen when you give them direction on what you do and don't want in storage. Warning!! This company is a complete scam. Do not believe any positive reviews as they were given free services. We had a small move and 3 men came in and broke 3 glass tables then held us sabotaged to pay over $1000 extra for paper they used for packing…not boxes! The manager Brett said that if we don’t pay he will charge us for every extra minute and extra fuel! Complete scam!!
Stay clear of this company. My parents used them to move locally when they downsized. 3 Men showed and it took HOURS to load the truck. They brought a smaller truck than was agreed on and they packed it to the point of stuffing things in so when it came to unload, once they opened the door, items fell out onto the ground and broke. The men were not prepared with drinks or food and seemed put off that we didn't provide 'refreshments'. Clearly juiced the clock during the delivery to get more money out of me. Took three guys 2.5 hours to assemble two bed frames, which was the only thing they had to assemble the entirety of the move. Everything up until then went smooth, but everything was also already disassembled and wrapped in a garage waiting for them upon arrival to load. Wouldn’t recommend.
