Overall, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with All Phase Pools with the exception of a couple small hiccups, which I'll discuss later. My wife and I moved into a new home last summer and the pool finish was original (1997). It had pitting and needed to be resurfaced (we selected the Signature Matrix Black). Best pool company I have ever dealt with. And I deal with a lot in my line of work as a GC. This was a renovation for my personal pool. The staff was impeccable, Joanne was on top of keeping me abreast of material deliveries, and the entire process of demo, tile install, plaster sealing, edge tiles and finish pebble plaster. The pool guy that did the start up chemicals and the jets; all were above and beyond great representatives for All-Phase Pool Remodeling. I highly recommend their team.

We started off good. The salesman, Mark Wiles, was great and explained things very well. The resurfacing went great and looks wonderful. Then it went downhill. We tried to use our heated pool spa and it would not heat up. Found out the actuator valve had been damaged. Also they came out and put 8 bags of salt in to start then a week later came out and added 8 more bags of salt which without testing the water and this made the pool too salty so we are having to drain some of the pool and put in new actuator valves. All Phase Pool Remodeling did an awesome job plastering our pool. They were very informative on the process and finishes and helped us decide on which plaster to go with. The crews were very clean and did great work. They showed up when they said they were going to show up and did amazing work. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to remodel or plaster their pool.
