Storing your household at All Rite storage is a very bad idea. When the VFW ran this company it was honest with no problem paying your monthly rent. I have accessed the site, told payment was complete, and then billed three times the rental fee a month later!
I do not recommend this place they are vary hard to get ahold of and very hard to make a payment with. not a good facility
Well, just let everybody know Pam is no longer running it and the people that are running it now are never there from what we've seen of them. They're really nice people. He's Tyler. Rachel and Tyler's son so with them not being there all the time it's hard to make payments unless you want to leave it in the Dropbox or do it online
Top notch customer service. Pam is a wonderful woman and makes it a joy to pay on a unit while running errands for my father. It's more like visiting with a friend on a holiday than stopping off to pay a bill. People just don't come like that anymore. The atmosphere is amazing and the genuine quality of character and all around warming smile really tops the cake and makes this place above the rest for business. Absolutely love stopping in and would recommend to anyone for their storage needs.
Pam is the sweetest woman with a big heart. She is always willing to work with me on payments if I get a month or two behind.
