Glad to have found this place! I like that this storage is clean and does not smell and not stuffy since the top of the storage space is high and screened which allows good ventilation.
This is a fantastic self-storage company! Daniel made my sign-up and move-in processes absolutely seamless and pleasant in every respect. I like the scale of this operation, the charm of the building and facilities, and the streamlined approach to administration. Since I first dropped in to inquire about space, I have had a great experience dealing with all of the courteous and generous-spirited staff at Allen Avenue Self-Storage. The best costumer service out of all the storage facilities in Pasadena - I shopped around! Daniel and Stephanie are friendly, communicative via phone and email, and even get back to you when they say they will. Great value, clean facility, convenient parking on site. Definitely recommend.
