So far I am highly impressed with the services provided . The personnel was very Professional and had me set up in no time. The rates at Allen Avenue self storage are easy on my pocketbook , and the facility is well kept, secure and also close to the 210 freeway. I highly recommend the Allen Avenue Self Storage. Glad to have found this place! I like that this storage is clean and does not smell and not stuffy since the top of the storage space is high and screened which allows good ventilation.

This is a fantastic self-storage company! Daniel made my sign-up and move-in processes absolutely seamless and pleasant in every respect. I like the scale of this operation, the charm of the building and facilities, and the streamlined approach to administration. Since I first dropped in to inquire about space, I have had a great experience dealing with all of the courteous and generous-spirited staff at Allen Avenue Self-Storage. Looking forward to being there!

The best costumer service out of all the storage facilities in Pasadena - I shopped around! Daniel and Stephanie are friendly, communicative via phone and email, and even get back to you when they say they will. Great value, clean facility, convenient parking on site. Definitely recommend.
