This place doesn't care about the patients we are just dollar signs all they care about is groups so they can get paid they don't understand that for some people this groups interfere with work hrs and it's not fair that they stopped your dose that you depend on to be able to accomplish your daily routine.
I transferred here from Philadelphia and this clinic so far has exceeded my experiences from my previous clinic in every way.. Only downfall is that it's closed so early. Sundays they're not open they give you a take home bottle every Saturday and that's awesome. Also, staff so far has been so nice and so helpful. I have felt welcome since my first day. 30 years ago, I could never have imagined a time when I could tell a DR that I am an opioid addict, without getting a letter in the mail telling me I'm no longer a patient. Never imagined a time when a Dr would help me get well when I'm "sick" & give me the opportunity & tools to stay well. Had I been given MAT 30 years ago, my life would be very different today. Google deleted my review and reposted it as 3 stars?!? YEA HOW ABOUT -3!! Horrible place! For people that are trying to get their lives back on track ur not welcomed. Front desk sits there and talks about ppl including other employees. Unbelievable. Id rather drive an extra half hour than spend one more second in that place. It's not the same since they moved from Allentown near dorney. They barley have counselors and can't keep employees. Hmmm wonder why?? Well, where to begin. I've been at this clinic for many years. Ive always done my groups and counseling and earned 13 bottles. But out of the blue the clinic took me to 6 bottles for being 1/2 short on my clinic time. I'm between York and Allentown half of the week. I'm taking care of my father who has liver cancer. My dad lives in York. I'm having to travel back and forth every Monday now. Because ctc took my 13 bottles away. I'm heartbroken that the clinic director would do something like this.
