From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted and taken care of in a timely manner. The staff informs you what they will be doing until you see the doctor. Updating your records , taking your vitals and asking those important questions of changes and medication. Today was the first visit with my new Doctor, what a relief to meet such a compassionate person.
The front desk, nurses and new doctor are amazing. He was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He listens and I absolutely love his input. 10/10!!
Every one was excellent. The Doctor was so detailed and has so much knowledge. Asked me several times if I had questions making sure I understood all he was educating me on. Very pleased!
All of the office staff and healthcare team were so kind and supportive. I feel so grateful to have met Dr Randolph and to know how have him has my doctor. They all really care about their patients here! I have so much confidence and less worry over my symptoms. The office is very neat and clean as well.
