Glad I was able to have an appt. Within a week of symptoms. The staff explained things well. APRN was helpful, open to questions, explained things well. Staff courteous, and good customer service skills. Need to return for results. Be aware must be off of antihistamines for 3 days prior to testing. Thank you to all the staff
It was my first visit to AllerVie Health today. Deborah and her staff were totally amazing. Their dedication and concern for patient needs was incredible. It was refreshing to see a medical team take the time needed to provide excellent patient care.
I made an app online and then I got a message that stated that a team member would reach out to me to confirm the app. I never received a confirmation, so I made an app with another allergist. I received a call from them, telling me I missed their app (that was never confirmed). And now I’m being charged for something that I never received a confirmation of.
My appointment with Kelly was great. She knew exactly what was going on with me and prescribed meds. Everyone in the office was great and very helpful.
Very nice and helpful staff. Dr. Hackett was very thorough in explaining my new found allergies and helped me understand how to manage it. Everyone there made my very first visit with an Allergist easy and comfortable.
