Very nice and helpful staff. Dr. Hackett was very thorough in explaining my new found allergies and helped me understand how to manage it. Everyone there made my very first visit with an Allergist easy and comfortable.

I believe that I received excellent care. The APRN listened carefully to my concerns and tested me accordingly. She offered an explanation for a sudden allergy to a particular food, which made sense. The gentleman who administered the tests was amiable and careful. The visit took a bit longer than I anticipated, but better a thorough process than one that is rushed.
I was the first patient of the day, so I didn’t have to wait long. The only thing I am concerned about is I had tested in Glastonbury a few years back and was told I was allergic to a lot of foods. This time around I was only allergic to shellfish (which is one I reacted to before). I’m still staying away from the food I reacted to years ago to be safe. Other than that, the staff and the doctor were great!
Very friendly and efficient front staff. Provider, Heilman, was informative and willing to answer multiple questions. She explained things well in laymen terms. The nurse who did the testing was empathetic and quick in her work. Would recommend if you are looking for an allergist.
