Very friendly, clean environment and very welcoming. The nurse was super sweet and went over everything with me start to finish. Dr. Raub was fast and efficient and took the time to explain what he was going to do and how it’s going to be done. I was very pleased and happy I was referred to Dr.Raub.
Can not fathom how this place has 5 stars. I was charged for an allergy test that didn't work. Told I paid in full for it in the office then received a 218.00 bill for it in the mail. He put me on an asthma medicine he knew wasn't covered by insurance and could only get a "free sample" for which also made my asthma SO much worse, couldn't even go on a simple walk without having an asthma attack. Excellent office visit. Promptly seen and well mannered nurse and doctor. Very compassionate and spent extra time answering all my questions. Highly recommend.
I really liked the office and all the staff, including the doctor Jeff Raub. Everyone was attentive and also my request to do all the procedures during my lunch break was fulfilled! Very good and responsive professionals! I'm looking forward to starting treatment! Best regards, Maya N
Staff friendly, nurse was kind and took her time in room to document symptoms/ concerns. Dr. was very knowledgeable and listened to concerns. He took time to explain things and make sure all questions were answered. Appreciate you all!
