The worst treatment ever I had bad experience trying to deal with with adults like kids and treating patients like we ate ignorant and boo clue some nurses needs too understand what is the law comparing t ther policy. We are adults and what are accountable f what we do. I noticed to the new office is way better and more knowledgeable f flexibility and understanding not using faked authority to give hard time to patient
My first visit. Everything went smoothly, all staff were polite, professional. I was able to find the source of my allergy symptoms within 90 minutes of arriving. Great advice on medications. I already feel better. Can’t guarantee that result for everyone but its very nice when it happens
The hours at the Reston office are so limited that it's difficult to get regular shots, the staff regularly forgets that we're waiting to be seen (today makes the 3rd time for me), and the chairs so uncomfortable as to make the extra wait time excrutiating.
I primarily come here for allergy shots. The team has always been very kind, friendly and professional. I feel that I could always ask questions when I am unsure about something and the team works with me to find solutions. Even when there are some delays, the time is still very communicative and I'm able to get my shots quickly once I get called back. The facility also sends out texts (and maybe emails?) At first, I have to say the lady that helped me with my test today was amazing and I completely forgot to ask for her name. She was really care for her patient and made the whole process very smooth. However, Dr Hamzavi took away all the team's effort. I came in with a concern about topical numbing cream allergic reaction and she put me under an injection testing. After spending 6 hours at her office, I confronted her that my concern is lidocaine 5% topical numbing cream, not the 1% lodocaine injection and she tried to blam... read more
