Dr. Sohn has been providing excellent allergy care. Dr. Sohn is a great listener and explains the treatment options well. The office support team has also provided excellent support in scheduling, labs, and rx refills.
The staff was kind and personable. We didn’t wait long to be seen which was nice. The nurse and doctor listened to our concerns and made appropriate recommendations, they also put my 8-year old daughter at ease because she was very nervous for the appointment.
I was seen quick, issues addressed and treatment given in the office. The staff is friendly and very accommodating, I was late to one of my appointments and I was still seen in a timely manner and with smiling faces.
Since I switched to Dr. Sohn, I am consistently impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and excellent attitude. She goes above and beyond her job description to help me and feel me comfortable managing my condition. She is terrific!
The staff is amazing and respectful. The receptionist is very helpful and friendly and smiles while talking. The wait time is long. The wait time for your doctor to enter isn’t long either. They’re overall chill and whoever gives bad reviews they’re lieing and facing they own personal problems prior to their appointment. I would definitely recommend anyone!!
