It wasn’t that easy to make my initial appointment, the schedulers were quite rude when I had a question. I kept getting directed to the office & then wouldn’t hear back and would have to call in the main line & wait again. So frustrating! Then finally I got to see Dr. Sohn & I’m not sure I understand the great reviews I read. She didn’t explain anything clearly. Her bedside manners need significant improvement. First time patient - I saw Dr. Sohn and I had an amazing experience. Front desk staff were attentive and very friendly. The MA was very professional, friendly and had great bedside manner. Dr. Sohn had amazing bedside manners, extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was in and out with limited wait time.

The staff was kind and personable. We didn’t wait long to be seen which was nice. The nurse and doctor listened to our concerns and made appropriate recommendations, they also put my 8-year old daughter at ease because she was very nervous for the appointment.

Dr. Sohn has been providing excellent allergy care. Dr. Sohn is a great listener and explains the treatment options well. The office support team has also provided excellent support in scheduling, labs, and rx refills.

I was seen quick, issues addressed and treatment given in the office. The staff is friendly and very accommodating, I was late to one of my appointments and I was still seen in a timely manner and with smiling faces.
