Irony at its finest: An allergy clinic full of dust I am giving the Glastonbury branch two stars only because the staff is generally okay—they are polite enough and do their job. However, the cleanliness of this facility is unacceptable, especially considering it is a place designed to treat allergies. The office is visibly dusty. Dr. Tano was great to talk with. Very thorough regarding plan moving forward with my teen’s allergies. He did run late for our appointment as he is taking on a lot of “new to him” patients. Very comfortable with his knowledge base.
This was my first time going there and I had a great experience. Dr. Tano is a great doctor and provided me with a lot of information about my health and allergies. The staff were very polite and professional.
The Dr. explained the results of my lab test in detail so that I can understand my issues and root cause of the problem and provide me with the resources for treatments. Very friendly and patience 👌
The staff made my visit incredibly comfortable, smooth, and even enjoyable! I’ve been to other allergy testing clinics before, but I’ve never had such a positive experience.
