Dr. Tano was great to talk with. Very thorough regarding plan moving forward with my teen’s allergies. He did run late for our appointment as he is taking on a lot of “new to him” patients. Very comfortable with his knowledge base.
The staff made my visit incredibly comfortable, smooth, and even enjoyable! I’ve been to other allergy testing clinics before, but I’ve never had such a positive experience. From the front desk to the doctors, everyone was warm, approachable, and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about what they do. Dr Tano was absolutely outstanding at explaining everything going on and a fantastic review of systems. It's really fun to watch someone who's an expert in their field do what they do. Denise was super thorough explaining everything as she did my allergen test and kept me laughing throughout the entire process. It's very obvious she knew what she was doing. The front desk girl is so nice and attentive and patient with my child. The Dr is great. She takes the time to review everything, asks for details, explains everything, and formulates a plan WITH me based on what I know her needs are and what the Dr thinks would work.
Took my aunt for an appointment. Saw Kelly, APRN- she was wonderful. Very thorough and explained things. She was excellent at piecing together the puzzle of my aunts issues. Had allergy testing with Eric..again, a super nice gentleman who explained everything. Definitely would recommend.
