I had my first appt at Aller Vie yesterday. Dr. Westbrook was extremely personable And offered great advice re my allergies. Debra at the front desk is a great asset to the company. She's very pleasant and helpful. My experience there was very positive. I will be back!

Great staff, very timely appointment. In & out quickly. Patient room even had a fantastic water view.

They lie about copays and procedure costs then charge 5 to 10 times what they tell you over the phone. I am absolutely disgusted with this practice. I scheduled an allergy prick test over a month in advance. Asked to confirm my copay and if any additional payments would be required. I was told my copay and told that the prick test would be included in the copay. My visit was very pleasant. All staff was friendly and helpful. Several different nurses took the time to listen to me. Unfortunately, when I arrived I was frustrated and worried about my condition. The doctor was patient, thorough, and personable. The nurses put me at ease. The administrative staff, ladies at the window checking in patients were smiling and welcoming. I have never written a Google review before because I am a busy person but I wanted to take the time to give a positive shoutout.
