My visit was very pleasant. All staff was friendly and helpful. Several different nurses took the time to listen to me. Unfortunately, when I arrived I was frustrated and worried about my condition. The doctor was patient, thorough, and personable. The nurses put me at ease. The administrative staff, ladies at the window checking in patients were smiling and welcoming. I have never written a Google review before because I am a busy person but I wanted to take the time to give a positive shoutout.
This was my first time at the Lady Lake location and it was great! I was greeted at the front desk by a young lady with a great smile - I'm sorry I didn't get her name. Andrea, Shannon, and Debra are simply fabulous! Everyone is professional, caring, and kind. Love these guys!!!👍😁🥰
The doctor and nurse explained everything clearly and completely. I was seen within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment time and there were no delays during the entire process.They were not only professional but seemed to genuinely care for my well being. I'm very pleased with the quality of the service and would highly recommend this clinic based on my experience.
Everyone is pleasant. Major overhaul of Doctors so that was a bummer. Was not called to inform me of cancelled appt when PA left. I found out when I called to reschedule that I didn't have any appointments. There was another issue again relative to front desk dropping the ball. So ... Be your own advocate and follow up with them and it's a good place.
Dr Johnson and the entire team were amazing. From start to finish, the process was smooth. In house tests, thorough review and discussion, with follow up care ideas. Highly recommend Aller Vie Lady Lake
