I had my first appt at Aller Vie yesterday. Dr. Westbrook was extremely personable And offered great advice re my allergies. Debra at the front desk is a great asset to the company. She's very pleasant and helpful. My experience there was very positive. I will be back!

The staff is great. Billing is terrible I always "owe a balance" for appointments 4+ months ago that I have already paid for. This alone makes me want to take my business elsewhere. It's highly annoying and way too consistent.

Seems like a great doctor, did not have answers to my issues but talked with me for 40 min plus, no follow-up apps set as he wants to discuss with other doctors and get their ideas before making a recommendation....this from my experience is very rare...more to come as things progress

They are unorganized and they often say they will be giving injections and when I drive over they do not have someone to give injections. I have had this happen many times in the past 2 years. The staff is great, It seems to be an upper management issue, but very irritating

I had my first appointment with Lisa and she was the most rude and condescending “professional” I have ever came across. She asked me what tests I wanted and informed me there are “thousands” of food groups. I was referred here by my PCP and she obviously didn’t read the referral paperwork and the reason I was there. I walked out. Zero Star if I could.
