Office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very caring. Dr. Ed was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time to explain everything. He was willing to go the extra step in allowing a question and answer period. Overall everyone made me feel like a part of a "family." Great office
My visit was very pleasant. All staff was friendly and helpful. Several different nurses took the time to listen to me. Unfortunately, when I arrived I was frustrated and worried about my condition. The doctor was patient, thorough, and personable. The nurses put me at ease. The administrative staff, ladies at the window checking in patients were smiling and welcoming. I have never written a Google review before because I am a busy person but I wanted to take the time to give a positive shoutout.
This is the worst run office I have ever been in although the office staff are very hard working and friendly. After Allervie bought this practice it has gone down hill. The original MD and NP were wonderful but they left probably because of the way it was run.Doctors come from far away, Jacksonville and Gainesville.I get allergy injections and if lucky they have staffing to give injections once/week. Finally, someone cares about my issues and are making recommendations for a cure! After many unsuccessful tries with other establishments, today was my 1st visit to AllerVie Health in Lady Lake. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and eager to find solutions to my problems. I could feel that everyone had a genuine concern for my health. As I left, I could actually see the light at the end of this miserable tunnel. Follow ups and future procedures to come. Thank you Allervie Health.
From start to finish the entire medical staff was very kind, helpful and professional. Dr. Ed was professional, attentive and caring to my medical needs. I would highly recommend AllerVie Health.
