Deb at the front desk, Madison at intake and Penny as the RN practitioner were all efficient and answered all of my questions. I’ve finally found an allergy practice that will be able to diagnose the cause of my allergies.
My doctor referred me to AllerVie Health. - Lady Lake so we could find out what I was allergic to. Found out Im allergic to dust mites. They were very good helping me deal with my allergies. 🤧
This is probably the worst doctors office I’ve been to. Because you need to get injections to cure your symptoms you would think that they would be open for that purpose. They are open perhaps once a week, sometimes for only half a day and as such their patients have long wait times. Problem is that they are so poorly managed that they can’t keep their staff.
They are unorganized and they often say they will be giving injections and when I drive over they do not have someone to give injections. I have had this happen many times in the past 2 years. The staff is great, It seems to be an upper management issue, but very irritating
Friendly and helpful staff every time. It’s a pleasure to go to each appointment.
