Worth the drive to this specific office for the staff! Angela, Sara, and Dr Rucker were very welcoming to me as a new patient. The entire staff was friendly, patient, flexible and excellent listeners. Dr Rucker is up to date and knowledgeable on current procedures, treatments and her and her staff explained all that would be happening during my appointment. Highly recommend!
Dr. Rucker is the best I’ve ever seen. She has instilled her staff with her approach that is efficient, experienced, compassionate. I’ve been to each of the 3 offices and each is welcoming and supportive. I’m a raving fan. Thank you very much.
The quality of care that this office gave to my child was truly an amazing experience. From the front desk to the nurses in back everyone was extremely kind and caring and truly listened to all of our concerns. Solomia (APRN) did an excellent job of explaining the entire process to us which really helped my child's anxiety and she followed through with a very soft approach making a pleasant experience for my child
Dr. Rajivi Rucker is absolutely amazing! She’s relatable, friendly, and has such a great sense of humor and personality. My son, who is almost 15 and usually not much of a talker, actually enjoys seeing her and never puts up a fight about his appointments for his peanut allergy. She is very thorough, answers all of our questions, and makes sure we leave feeling informed and reassured. As a parent, I feel confident and grateful to have found her. My kids and I have had many good experiences at this office. The staff and nurses are very kind. Dr. Rucker knows her stuff and I enjoy my interactions with her. My daughter did OIT with Dr. Rucker and it was successful. Total life changer. Definitely recommend.
