Our daughter started here a year ago and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The medical assistants and receptionist are adorable and sweet. The doctor is rude and condescending. She speaks down to you as though you are beneath the gum on her shoe. She hates all other medical facilities. She always blames you, other facilities and other staff member for not giving her medical records, results or labs even though they have been handed directly to her ahead of time or uploaded to portal or emailed to the office. Front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The space was clean and welcoming. There were toys in the waiting room to help keep children occupied. Dr. Rucker was very knowledgeable and did great with my daughter. Overall it was a great experience.
Dr. Rucker is amazing and one of the friendliest doctors I’ve ever encountered. Would definitely recommend this office if you’re looking for a top notch allergist. The entire staff here treats you like family.
The receptionist was pleasant and efficient, the nurse was quick and responsive, and Dr. Rucker is always thorough, knowledgeable , educational, and personable.
Excellent service and the doctor is very compassionate about solving your medical issues. Bed side manners is important and she absolutely listens to you.
