From the time of scheduling on the phone w Angela, to Sara taking us into the room w my little one, we were made to feel extremely welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of. Their personalities were beyond friendly, bubbly and smiling, this was very reassuring to my 9 year old daughter. I could tell that made her feel at ease and that she was in good hands. *Update* Following an extremely positive initial visit, my daughter has been having serious asthmatic issues, two calls to the office, one by me, and one by my daughter have gone unreturned. Make of that of you will. This is not okay with me and basically speaks volumes about patient value and responsibility. Everyone here is so insanely nice!!! From the front desk to Dr. Rucker, everyone is just so friendly and comfortable to talk to ! The doctor addressed all my concerns and helped me understand fact from fiction and I feel so at ease. I will come here every time I have an issue and recommend this place to everyone!
I couldn't find my way to office because my GPS failed. The receptionist stayed on the phone with directions until I arrived. The nurse was also very friendly and thorough. The doctor listened to my health problems with intent and made a workable plan of action to discover my allergies. I am extremely satisfied with my care thus far.
Dr. Rucker is one of the best physicians I have ever had. I trust her completely. Additionally, the whole staff is great. They are friendly and always helpful. I trust all of them implicitly.
